Refund Policy

Current availability

Purchases are closed during the public preview. We do not collect payments or take paid reservations. The rules below describe the policy for orders once purchases become available; they do not make checkout available today.

Payment refund requests

Contact parenth166@gmail.com from the purchasing account's email with the order ID and reason. Do not include card details. We will verify the order before acting.

• A wholly unused credit pack can be requested for refund within 14 days of purchase.
• Duplicate or incorrectly charged payments are eligible for correction and refund of the excess amount.
• For a partially used pack, contact us for review. Unused credits are not automatically cash-redeemable; rights to refunds for defective or undelivered services still apply.
• Successful AI outputs can vary. A result differing from an example does not by itself guarantee a refund, but we review unusable, defective or misdescribed results individually. This does not limit statutory consumer rights.

Approved refunds go to the original payment method. Related credits are removed to prevent double use. We aim to review requests within 5 business days; the payment provider and bank determine when funds arrive. We will explain the decision and any additional information needed.

Failed or undelivered videos

When a model task is confirmed as failed, the task's deducted credits are restored once under their original expiry rules. Credit restoration is not a refund to a payment card. If a job remains unresolved or its video cannot be delivered, contact us with the task ID; we investigate before deciding whether to deliver, restore credits or refund the relevant payment. We do not submit a new paid generation without authorization.

Cancellation and mandatory rights

The planned packs are one-time purchases, with no recurring subscription to cancel. Generation cannot be guaranteed to stop after a provider accepts it. Request cancellation promptly and we will explain the available options. Applicable mandatory cancellation, refund and consumer rights are not excluded by this policy.
