Service and availability

ClipMemeAI is an image-to-video service brand. Contact the operator at parenth166@gmail.com. This website currently provides a public product preview. New registration, uploads, purchases and public generation are closed. A demonstration is not an offer to take payment or a promise that a self-service template is currently available.

Our example starts with an already-edited pumpkin-head image. It does not promise automatic character transformation from any portrait. AI results are variable and can contain visual or motion artifacts. We do not guarantee virality, commercial success, exclusivity or copyright protection in AI output.

Eligibility and permitted content

The planned service is for adults aged 18 or older. You must own your submitted material or have permission for the required processing and use, including permission from identifiable people. Do not upload sensitive documents or children's personal data.

You must not use the service for illegal content, sexual exploitation, pornography, non-consensual intimate imagery, deceptive impersonation or fraud, infringement of copyright or privacy, harassment, or attempts to bypass technical safeguards. These restrictions apply to AI-generated material as well. We may refuse content, suspend access and investigate complaints. This does not claim that an automated filter can detect every violation.

Input and output rights

You retain rights you hold in your inputs. To perform an authorized generation, you permit the necessary processing by the service and the disclosed AI providers. Private input or output is not automatically licensed for our public marketing; public examples are selected separately with an appropriate rights basis.

Your ability to use an output depends on applicable law, input rights and the selected provider's terms. We do not grant rights in someone else's likeness, brand, music or protected material, or guarantee that an AI output is unique. Review the result before publishing or using it commercially.

Planned pricing and delivery

The planned Starter pack is USD 5.00 for 20 service credits, valid for 365 days after payment, with no automatic renewal. The illustrated Pumpkin Head configuration is planned at 7 credits per generation: 2 generations from a pack, with 6 credits remaining. Credits are usable only for this service, cannot be transferred or traded, and are not a cash balance. Eligible payment refunds are separate.

A future order will show the applicable price, output settings and any tax before payment or generation is confirmed. The example setting is one approximately 6-second, 768P MP4. Jobs can take several minutes; a specific completion time is not guaranteed. A confirmed failure returns the task's credits once. An unresolved or undelivered job is investigated before any retry or adjustment. See refunds.

Support, complaints and account data

Report billing, privacy, safety or intellectual-property concerns using the contact email and relevant identifiers. We verify requests before changing an account or deleting private data. Account holders must protect their credentials. Current storage and manual deletion procedures are described in Data Retention.

Changes and consumer rights

We may update the service and these terms. Material changes will be announced on the site and, where appropriate, to existing users. Updated pricing will be disclosed before a new purchase, not silently applied to a confirmed order. Nothing here excludes mandatory consumer protections or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
