Scope and contact

This policy covers the ClipMemeAI website and its controlled image-to-video tests. For privacy questions or requests, contact the service operator at parenth166@gmail.com.

Information used

The public preview does not accept new registrations, photo uploads or purchases. Visiting it can produce ordinary connection and security data such as IP address, requested URL, browser details and timestamps in our hosting infrastructure. Theme and language preferences may be stored on your device; existing account sessions use authentication cookies. A referral parameter may be stored for up to 30 days. We do not use this preview to sell personal data or run personalized advertising.

If you email us, your address, message and information you choose to provide are used to answer and handle the request. Existing test accounts may have profile, login, task, credit and security records. Controlled generation tests also process the selected photos or video, prompts, generation settings, task status and output. Public examples are separately selected and attributed; private test media is not automatically published.

Processing and service providers

Cloudflare hosts the site and provides database and private object storage. Email sent to our support address is handled by Google's Gmail service. Controlled video generation uses Yir and the model provider selected for the job; required inputs are sent to those providers to generate the result. Their processing can occur outside your country.

We use this data to operate and secure the site, perform authorized tests, deliver results and handle support and rights requests. We do not operate a model-training program using customer media. This statement does not make an unverified promise about every upstream provider. Consult Yir's privacy policy and the selected provider's applicable terms before submitting sensitive material when uploads become available.

No checkout is enabled in this preview. When payments open, the named payment processor will handle payment credentials; we do not need full card numbers by email or store them in the application database. Payment-processing disclosures will be updated before that feature opens.

Retention and requests

See Data Retention for current storage, deletion procedures and limitations. Request access, correction or deletion by email. We may ask for proportionate proof that you control the account or content, using a safe method; do not send identity documents unsolicited. We consider requests and applicable legal obligations, and explain any information we must retain.

Security and children

We use HTTPS and restrict access to private application media by account ownership. No system can guarantee absolute security. The service is intended for adults aged 18 or older; do not submit children's personal data. Report accidental disclosure or a security concern through the contact address.

Material policy changes will be shown here with an updated date; where appropriate, existing users will also be notified. We do not remove applicable privacy rights through this policy.
